A proud graduate of SUNY Delhi with a degree in Computer Information Systems, Heather has spent years navigating the complexities of the industry, earning her reputation as the go-to expert. Originally from Baltimore and now calling York home, she’s raised four children along the way, making her an expert at multitasking both at work and in life.

When she's not ensuring operations run smoothly, Heather can be found hitting the road to catch live music or enjoying time with her family. She also holds Series 6/63 securities registration and life/health insurance licenses - so you know she's got you covered.
